Congratulations to Matt Cutler and Mike Smith, who are included in Small Business Monthly’s 2024 list of “Best IP Attorneys in St. Louis.”

A litigator with 25 years of experience, Matt’s work involves representing clients in district courts and at the ITC. He also handles inter partes review and post-grant review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office., He is a trusted advisor and advocate for clients of all sizes who face IP portfolio management issues.

Mike brings in-house experience to his work at Harness IP, where he prepares and prosecutes domestic and foreign patent applications, prepares and negotiates intellectual property-related agreements, conducts patentability and infringement studies, and litigates patent infringement cases. His work focuses on electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and medical devices.
