Harness IP Deepens its Bench with Tech Specialist

Harness IP, one of the largest and most respected intellectual property law firms, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Technical Specialist Mark Spinelli. He will join the firm in its Reston office, located thirty miles from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in nearby Alexandria, and will assist with patent preparation and prosecution for clients in the U.S. and abroad.

Mark Spinelli will join the firm as a Technical Specialist.  He holds a Master’s in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech. In addition to being a patent holder himself, he has more than fifteen years of experience driving innovation for semiconductor and transistor technologies, including Dynamic Random-access Memory (DRAM) circuits.
