“Korean-American Intellectual Property Bar Association (KAIPBA) and Patent Information Promotion Center (KIPC) entered in an MOU,” ETNews, May 14, 2016
PIPC and KAIPBA exchanged an MOU in Washington DC, on May 11, 2016. Both organization signed a first MOU on 2011, which has been expired in 2014, regarding collaboration on Patent Information issues. PIPC started providing validity investigation, patent clearance service, design patent clearance, patent landscaping in the US from 2012. Based on the newly signed MOU, PIPC wishes to strengthen its relationship with the KAIPBA and penetrate into US IP information service market.
