Donald R Hageman
Don Hageman is an accomplished intellectual-property attorney. Don has worked with international and national clients in industries from large international insurance companies to foreign car manufacturers and musicians, to help protect their valuable intellectual property assets. Don handles IP portfolio management, IP asset purchase agreements, licensing agreements, patent and trademark infringement matters, patent prosecution, TTAB and PTAB proceedings, DMCA takedowns, UDRP proceedings, and IP due diligence for mergers & acquisitions.
Don has extensive experience representing clients in contested proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), handling opposition and cancellation proceedings, post-grant challenges, and administrative appeals that often run parallel to district court litigation.
