In her role as head of operations, Patricia plays a crucial role in managing our domestic offices in Metro Dallas, Detroit, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C., as well as our global information technology (IT) operations.
Patricia’s primary focus is on ensuring the quality and efficiency of the services the firm provides to clients. She is integral to the firm’s leadership team, overseeing docketing, human resources, best practices, foreign transactions, IT, and financial management. She is especially interested in issues that impact how law firms and other regulated businesses function at a higher level, including mental health, technology adaptation and deployment, the cultural impact of mergers and acquisitions, and maintaining robust financial health.
Patricia’s background and diverse career achievements make her an invaluable asset in the firm’s commitment to outstanding representation and service for our clients.
Patricia’s experience encompasses a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. As a Certified Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and a Managing Member at a law firm handling complex commercial transactions, she has comprehensive leadership, management, financial, and legal acumen.
Her career has seen her in significant positions such as general counsel, corporate secretary, executive vice president, chief operating officer, compliance officer, and chief financial officer at a federally regulated bank and trust institution. She has also worked at multibillion-dollar commercial real estate conglomerates and high-net-worth family offices based in New York, Florida, Detroit, and San Francisco.
