4 Harness IP Attorneys Selected for Super Lawyers Magazine’s 2023 Michigan Listings

Harness IP is proud to announce that four of its attorneys have been listed in the 2023 edition of Super Lawyers magazine.

Principals Monte Falcoff, Glenn Forbis, and Senior Counsel Beth Coakley were chosen as Michigan “Super Lawyers.” Principal Brad Luchsinger was noted as a Michigan “Rising Star.” This is Falcoff’s debut on the annual listing of top attorneys.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The directory features detailed profiles of top attorneys across the United States in a wide variety of legal practice areas. “Rising Star” candidates are judged by the same criteria as “Super Lawyers” but must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.

Falcoff’s experience as an innovator and his pragmatic approach make him a valuable counselor in matters related to patent and trademark protection. Forbis’ litigation practice delivers straightforward, persuasive arguments that help clients effectively implement their IP strategies. Coakley leverages her extensive trademark prosecution and litigation experience to help protect many of the world’s leading brands. Luchsinger’s practice focuses on both patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation, giving him unique insight into the full lifespan of patent portfolios.

The attorneys are based in the firm’s Detroit Metro office.
