Harness IP Announces Three New IP Associates

Harness IP is pleased to announce that Sepanta Khosnoud and Jacob Waier have been sworn into the Virginia State Bar and have joined the firm as IP associates. R. Wade Cribbs will be sworn in January 25, 2023 and will join immediately thereafter. All three attorneys will be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where they have been working as law clerks since graduating from law school last spring.

Wade Cribbs’ practice focuses on assisting clients with complex patent prosecutions and litigation preparation. He places a high priority on helping innovators bring their ideas to life as intellectual property. A process-oriented approach informs Wade’s legal practice. He embraces technology as a tool for advancing innovation and seeks cutting-edge solutions for a wide range of patent matters. He graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and received his Juris Doctor from the Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University.

Sepanta Khoshnoud’s practice is focused on developing strategies that enable his clients to successfully develop and protect their intellectual property. He provides proactive counsel for a variety of clients, including inventors, as they bring their creations to fruition. Sepanta is meticulous in his research and works to ensure his clients are well informed and prepared as they progress through the patent prosecution process. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude in Electrical Engineering from the Catholic University of America and his Juris Doctor from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia School of Law.

Jacob Waier’s practice is focused on providing counsel that enables clients to achieve their intellectual property goals. He has an abiding respect for the creative process and a deep understanding of the procedures necessary to protect innovative works. Jacob is experienced in intellectual property litigation, patent prosecutions, competitive analysis and international office communications. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physics. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire’s Franklin Pierce School of Law.
