Harness IP Welcomes Back Patent Attorney Ryan Jenlink

Harness IP is pleased to announce that Dallas patent attorney Ryan Jenlink has rejoined the firm as a Principal in its Frisco office.

Jenlink holds more than a decade of experience in patent and intellectual property law. His practice includes working with companies in all stages of growth to strengthen their patent application process and obtain strategically important patents in the U.S. and in jurisdictions around the world. He has considerable experience in the biological, chemical, and electrical fields, with particular expertise in genetic engineering and gene therapies, medical devices, polymer compositions, telecommunications technologies, and oilfield systems. In addition to his primary focus on utility patents, he also serves his clients in the areas of design patents, trademarks, IP agreements, opinions of counsel, and in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Jenlink earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and holds dual B.S. degrees in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Plant and Soil Science – Biotechnology from Oklahoma State University. He is also a proud member of the OSU Alumni Association Leadership Council and its Brighter Orange Scholarship Committee.
