April Minarik Recognized as INTA Rising Star
Detroit-based associate April Minarik has been recognized as an INTA Rising Star, an honor that highlights emerging leaders who are making meaningful contributions to the intellectual property profession.
April focuses her practice on trademark and brand protection matters, advising clients on trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement strategies. Her work supports businesses across a range of industries as they develop, protect, and maintain their brands in the United States and internationally.
Launched in 2022 by the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Rising Star program recognizes individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to intellectual property law and active involvement in the organization through substantive legal work, thought leadership, and committee participation.
As part of this recognition, April has been invited to engage with INTA leadership and fellow Rising Stars and will be honored at the Rising Star Reception during the 2026 INTA Annual Meeting in London.
