Harness IP has been recognized for its leadership in creating diversity in the legal profession by the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) with their 2022 Compass Award. The award recognizes LCLD’s most active partners and cites the firm’s “commitment to building more diverse organizations and a more inclusive legal profession.”

Criteria for the award are based on participation in actionable programs designed to attract, inspire, and nurture diverse talent in society and within legal organizations. Honorees must be signatories of the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity’s Leaders Pledge or have attended its Annual Membership Meeting or Leadership Summit. Additional requirements include participation in the LCLD’s Fellows and Pathfinder programs, and one of two pipeline programs designed to provide work and mentoring opportunities for law school students and young professionals, respectively. The firm joins 181 other organizations in receiving this honor.
