Mike Kella, Paul Kim, Jennie Turchyn, and Andrew Wegman Elected as Principals

Harness IP is pleased to announce that patent attorneys Mike Kella, Paul Kim, Jennie Turchyn, and Andrew Wegman have been elected as Principals in the firm.

We’re proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of these four patent attorneys. Their dedication to the firm is unwavering, and their hard work greatly contributes to our success. Kella and Wegman work from the firm’s St. Louis Metro office; Kim is based in the DC Metro office; and Turchyn practices in the Detroit Metro office.

Mike’s focus on providing the strongest intellectual property (IP) protections possible has earned him the trust and respect of a wide variety of clients in technology-centered industries. His background as an engineer enables him to quickly grasp the most complex technical subject matters and effectively explain them to judges and opposing counsel.

Paul prepares and prosecutes domestic, international, and Patent Cooperation Treaty patent applications and represents clients in patent litigation involving a wide variety of technologies. His experience as a former United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Patent Examiner gives him a unique perspective as he guides clients through the patent process.

Concentrating on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical, electromechanical, and chemical arts, Jennie’s practice is dedicated to helping clients maximize the value of their innovations. She has a deep understanding of the necessity and opportunity that strong IP protections provide at every stage of development.

Andrew’s practice is deeply focused on providing IP portfolio strategies and a full range of patent services for clients in the chemical arts. A patent lawyer for 20 years, he counsels clients on chemical engineering processes, industrial and agricultural chemicals, pharmaceuticals and drug delivery systems, and alternative fuel technologies.

A well-deserved congratulations to these four outstanding attorneys!
