April Minarik Elevated to Associate at Harness IP

Harness IP is pleased to announce that April Minarik is now an associate with the firm. She joined Harness IP in 2012 as an intellectual property (IP) legal assistant and most recently has worked as an IP paralegal. 

A licensed attorney since 2009, Minarik’s unique background and perspective allow her to counsel clients and find creative solutions to their complex matters. Her broad IP experience and exceptional management skills guide her ability to move matters efficiently and effectively through various government and regulatory agencies. 

Minarik’s practice will focus on protecting clients’ trademarks, web domains and published works. She has considerable experience handling a wide variety of IP matters, including U.S. and international trademark enforcement and prosecution, copyright submissions, and domain name investigations and resolutions. She is particularly adept in all aspects of successful IP portfolio management, providing detailed market analysis to clients by leveraging leading-edge technologies in trademark, patent, litigation and business entity searches.

A graduate of Sienna Heights University, Minarik received her Juris Doctor and earned a Master of Laws degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
