8th annual North America Award, Managing Intellectual Property’s, 2015
Managing IP’s 8th annual North America Awards ceremony was held in Washington, DC. Rudy Telscher received the Editor’s Choice Award “Case of the Year” for the Octane Fitness v. Icon Health & Fitness case. Patent Litigator Glenn Forbis was shortlisted for “Patent Prosecution Midwest – Michigan IP Litigator of the Year.”
