Daniel Kim Tapped as “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly

Harness IP is pleased to announce that Virginia Lawyers Weekly has included Daniel Kim as a member of its 2023 class of Up & Coming Lawyers.

The Up & Coming Lawyers program recognizes attorneys within their first 10 years of practice who have excelled in the profession and are standouts among their peers. Nominees are evaluated based on professional accomplishments, bar leadership, community service, pro bono work, and mentoring. Honorees are chosen by Virginia Lawyers Weekly editorial and leadership teams.

Kim, an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. Metro Office, works closely with inventors and in-house counsel to understand new technologies, the solutions they bring to market, and how protecting intellectual property fits within a larger business plan. His background in engineering and experience with all stages of the patent prosecution process enable him to create stronger patent protections for a wide variety of clients and emerging technologies.

Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly provides ongoing news coverage for Virginia’s legal industry. For over 35 years, it has widely been considered the “go-to” source for the latest updates on the state’s law profession, court filings, rulings, verdicts, settlement reports, and legal notices.
