Harness IP is pleased to announce that Metro Detroit patent litigator Brad Luchsinger has been named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Up & Coming Lawyers” class of 2017. Luchsinger’s practice focuses on IP and patent litigation, as well as on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. His experience includes patent reexamination proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, International Trade Commission proceedings, trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and civil litigation in U.S. district courts throughout the country and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is also a skilled patent attorney with a successful record of obtaining patent protection for clients in the automotive, medical device, furniture and construction industries.
Luchsinger earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Penn State University.
