Harness IP is pleased to announce that Kaylynn Williamson has become a Patent Agent with the firm. She is based in its Metro St. Louis office.

Kaylynn, who started at the firm as a law clerk, focuses on performing patentability searches and infringement analyses for clients in fields such as fintech, consumer products, and mechanical and electromechanical technologies. She also handles invalidity assessments and trademark searches and watches for many of the firm’s largest clients.

Her prior experience as an entrepreneur gives her unique insight into the value of intellectual property to businesses of all sizes.  She has the distinct ability to quickly grasp complex technologies and processes and combine that insight with client brand strategies and business goals.

Kaylynn is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where she earned degrees in systems science and engineering and finance. She is a 2025 Juris Doctor candidate at Washington University in St. Louis’ School of Law.
