Technical Specialist / St. Louis Metro Office
Kaylynn is energized by the economic value and competitive advantage that IP rights can bring to her clients’ companies. Her work focuses on performing patentability/trademark searches and infringement analyses for clients in prominent fields such as FinTech, consumer products, and mechanical and electromechanical technologies. Kaylynn also handles invalidity assessments and trademark watches for many of the firm’s largest clients.
Kaylynn is valued for her unique perspective and ability to understand complicated technologies and brand elements. She holds degrees in the emerging field of systems engineering as well as finance, both of which have given her an acute focus on fine detail while concurrently keeping market strategy in mind. Kaylynn comes from an entrepreneurial background and understands the business need for expert counsel and properly executed IP rights.
In addition to serving as a Technical Specialist, Kaylynn is pursuing a law degree and is looking forward to starting law school in Fall 2022.
