Harness IP is proud to continue its partnership with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), a leading organization dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion within the legal profession. We are particularly proud to highlight that Principal Joel Samuels is playing a pivotal role in the 2025 LCLD Alumni Coaching Circles Program. This initiative offers LCLD alumni the opportunity to engage in small, peer-to-peer coaching circles, providing career guidance and support to help members navigate their professional journeys.

The program, which has been running since 2013, brings together 12 to 15 LCLD alumni from diverse backgrounds to discuss key career topics in confidential, bimonthly virtual meetings. Participants receive insights from their peers on issues like career advancement, business growth, and positioning for leadership roles.

“[My] Coaching Circle is very rewarding and [like] another version of the Fellows Accountability Partner Groups. It’s nice to know that there are others who have issues and it’s great to be candid because the practice of law is hard, and life and hard, and it’s great to be able to express issues and feelings without judgement.” Joel said.
