Harness IP Attorneys Recognized by Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) for Leadership Development

Harness IP is pleased to announce that Sepanta Khoshnoud and Colette Verch have been selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2026 Pathfinder Program. The nationally recognized Pathfinder Program supports early-career attorneys through leadership development, career strategy, and access to a broad professional network, and identifies participants as emerging leaders within the legal profession.

We also congratulate Leanne Rakers on completing the 2025 LCLD Fellows Program and Jeremiah Foley on completing the 2025 LCLD Pathfinder Program. Both programs are designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, expand professional networks, and support long-term career development.

LCLD is an evolving organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to advancing diversity and inclusion across the legal profession.
