Leveraging her experience in automotive engineering, Colette understands the practicalities and challenges of real-world component design and manufacturing and enjoys working with clients to properly execute their intellectual property rights.

Colette is valued for her unique perspective and understanding of complex mechanical and material engineering concepts. She is particularly passionate about projects in the automotive, battery technology, chemical, marine, and software industries. 

A former law clerk with Harness IP, Colette is dedicated to producing high- quality work products and outstanding results. Her unique background enables her to anticipate the needs of clients and move matters efficiently and effectively to fit those needs. At Harness IP she has experience preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications, preparing invalidity, patentability, and freedom-to-practice opinions, and working on litigation matters concerning copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and patent infringement.
