Background
Keith is committed to broadening access to justice for individuals and small businesses. As a former small business owner, he understands firsthand the value, as well as the cost, of adequate legal representation, especially as it relates to intellectual property protection. He applies these same tenants to his representation of corporate clients as well as individuals.
Keith founded his own law firm dedicated to providing quality, reduced cost, equitable counsel for individuals and small businesses. He is a tireless advocate for broadening access to justice and believes this work has an outsize impact on local economies.
Keith also worked as litigator for several years at an international, multi-practice firm. Prior to law school, he worked as a power train engineer immediately after earning his Mechanical Engineering degree. He worked full time at an AM law 200 firm while attending evening law school.
Keith has been an adjunct professor at University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He designed and led a program that simulates, for students, the environment, and expectations of a first year, intellectual property law associate.
