She has prepared and filed hundreds of utility and design patent applications and routinely conducts freedom to operate, infringement, validity, and state-of-the-art competitive landscape searches and analyses.

Nancy began her career as an IP lawyer at a boutique law firm in Greensboro, North Carolina, learning firsthand all facets of the patent prosecution practice. She gained additional experience at a national law firm in metro Washington, D.C., before joining Harness IP.
