Jennifer counsels clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters. Her practice includes patent preparation and prosecution, post-grant proceedings, and comprehensive opinion work, including freedom-to-market analyses, white space and portfolio evaluations, patentability assessments, and validity opinions. She also supports clients in intellectual property litigation and conducts due diligence for merger and acquisition transactions.

With a background in chemical engineering and experience in both corporate and legal settings, Jennifer brings valuable insight to clients in the chemical, energy, microtechnology, nanotechnology, and material science fields. She provides strategic guidance to clients developing complex, cutting-edge technologies and provides a practical, business-focused approach to building and protecting valuable IP assets.
