Her practice spans the full lifecycle of IP protection and enforcement, including patent and trademark prosecution, portfolio development, and litigation at both the administrative and federal levels.
Kaylynn is valued for her unique perspective and ability to understand complicated technologies and brand elements. She holds degrees in the emerging field of systems engineering as well as finance, both of which have given her an acute focus on fine detail while concurrently keeping market strategy in mind. Kaylynn comes from an entrepreneurial background and understands the business need for expert counsel and properly executed IP rights.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Kaylynn served as a Patent Agent with Harness IP.
